Locsin, who was born in Santa Maria, Bulacan, Philippines. Her parents separated when he was fourteen, and he has since lived with his father, Angelo Colmenares. Locsin was a talent scout while shopping at SM City North EDSA in Quezon City. They then talked for a few ads. Locsin had a basic education in Bulacan and finished High School at the University of Santo Tomas High School, Manila. In August 2007 he joined a short course in fashion design at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design in London, United Kingdom.
